Position Description
We're looking to hire a Warehouse Production Lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating production activities within the warehouse. You'll lead a team of production workers, streamline workflow, and ensure quality standards are met.Location: Rancho Cucamonga
Shift: M-F 7AM-5PM
Pay rate: $21h/r-$22h/r (DOE)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, manufacturing, or related field is a PLUS!
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude and effective communication skills
